I have just discovered Nerada's Organic Rooibos vanilla flavoured tea.

Rooibos is a shrub like bush native to South Africa and is part of the legume family Aspalathus Linearis.

And it makes a great tea. :)

Love rooibos tea! You get all the benefits of green tea but without the caffeine. Good stuff.

I love rooibos tea. :) One of the grocery stores near where I live sells it (I think Kalahari is the name of the brand) and I do like it. I buy the unflavoured. It doesn't taste like tea, as tea in my head is meant to, but it's a flavourful bit of hot goodness in a cup and I'm v. fond of it indeed.

Glad I'm not alone.

I must find some unflavoured rooibos as well. The vanilla flavour gets a bit monotonous.
